A Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) is a term used to describe an evidence-based model of schooling that uses data-based problem solving to integrate academic and behavioral instruction and intervention.

MTSS in OCPS is a framework to ensure all students are prepared to succeed in life academically, behaviorally, and socially/emotionally.

MTSS is a way to organize and align instruction and intervention to meet the needs of ALL students.
