njeffersonMs. Jefferson began her career as an educator in 2001 at Robinswood Middle School. She served in various positions during the six years at Robinswood Middle School. She taught 7th Grade EMH, SAFE Coordinator, Guidance Counselor, and Partners In Education Coordinator. After leaving Robinswood Middle School, she worked at Jones High School as a Guidance Counselor and IB and Magnet Coordinator.

Ms. Jefferson’s first Administrative position was an Assistant Principal at South Creek Middle School. She also served as an Assistant Principal at Oak Ridge High and Windy Ridge K-8.

Ms. Jefferson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Florida A&M University, Master’s degree in Counselor Education from The University of Central Florida, and Specialists degree in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

In her leisure time Ms. Jefferson enjoys event planning, shopping, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Ms. Jefferson is excited to be returning to Robinswood Middle School where we are One Team One Target “A”iming for Excellence.

Ms. Karla Hadley, Assistant Principal

khadleyMs. Hadley began her career as a second grade teacher with Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) in 1998. Amid her career, she also served as a professional school counselor at various schools throughout OCPS.

Ms. Hadley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Florida A&M University, she received her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and her Educational Specialist degree from National-Louis University.

Ms. Kristi Brown, Assistant Principal

Ms. Brown began her career as an educator in 2001 at Carver Middle School as an Intensive Reading Teacher. After her tenure as a classroom teacher, she worked at Jones High School and Oakridge High School as a Literacy Coach helping to improve student achievement in the area of Reading.  Ms. Brown then became a District Literacy Coach helping to serve some of Orange County’s most striving populations.

 

Ms. Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bethune Cookman University, Master’s degree in Curriculum And Instruction from The University of Phoenix, and Specialists degree in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

 

In her leisure time, Ms. Brown enjoys spending time with family and friends and shopping. Ms. Brown is excited to be a part of the Robinswood Middle School family.
